- 以黄土高原陇东苹果产区不同树龄果树的叶片和果园0~40 cm土层为试材,采用SPSS软件对土壤微量元素与叶片养分含量进行相关性分析,研究了土壤微量元素对叶片营养含量的影响,以期为苹果园土壤的微量元素营养管理提供参考依据。结果表明:1)陇东地区果树叶片养分的特点表现为1~7年树龄叶片全K含量较低,26~30年树龄叶片N较低,不同树龄叶片全量P、Ca之间无显著性差异。2)幼龄果园的叶片厚度较大,但不同树龄果园的百叶干质量、叶绿素含量和叶面积之间无显著性差异。3)陇东苹果园的土壤B、Fe2O3、总Fe、Cl、MgO、CaO、Mn含量均高于背景值;土壤Mo含量低于背景值;1~7年和26~30年树龄果园土壤S含量低于背景值;8~25年树龄果园高于背景值。4)叶片全量K、Ca含量与土壤B有显著负相关性,叶片K与土壤Mo、MgO有显著正相关性;而土壤微量元素对树龄、密度、叶片N、P含量的影响均不显著。该研究发现土壤B、Mo、MgO含量是陇东苹果园叶片营养的主要影响因子。
- Abstract:
- Taking the leaves of different age fruit trees and 0-40 cm soil layer of orchards in the Longdong apple production area of the Loess Plateau as test materials,the correlation analysis between soil trace elements and leaf nutrient content was conducted using SPSS software to study the effect of soil trace elements on leaf nutrient content,in order to provide reference for the management of microelement nutrition in apple orchard soil.The results showed that,1) the leaves K of apple trees of 1-7 years old was lower,and leaves N of 26-30 years old was lower.There was no significant difference between total P and Ca in leaves of different tree ages.2)The leaf thickness of young orchards was larger,but there was no significant difference between the dry weight of one hundred leaves,chlorophyll content and leaf area of orchards of different tree ages.3)The contents of B,Fe2O3,total Fe,Cl,MgO,CaO and Mn in the soil of Longdong apple orchard were higher than the background values;Mo content in soil was lower than background value.The content of sulfur in 1-7 years and 26-30 years orchard was lower than the background value,while that of 8-25 years orchard was higher than the background value.4)The content of total K and Ca in leaves was significantly negatively correlated with soil B,and the content of K in leaves was significantly positively correlated with soil Mo and MgO.However,the effects of soil microelements on tree age,density,N and P contents in leaves were not significant.This study found that the content of soil B,Mo and MgO was the main influencing factor of leaf nutrition in Longdong apple orchard.
