- 以小白菜为试材,采用穴盘育苗法,以污泥、菇渣及中药渣为原料自配复合基质,并以市售商品基质(草炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=3∶1∶1)为对照,研究了不同基质配比对小白菜各项生理指标(株高、茎粗、根长、总叶面积、壮苗指数、根冠比)的影响,以期为小白菜育苗替代基质选择提供参考依据。结果表明:配比为污泥∶菇渣∶中药渣=70∶30∶5的基质的碱解氮、有效磷、有效钾含量达0.13 g?kg-1、568.23 mg?kg-1、119.38 mg?kg-1,对小白菜生长的促进效果最好。其培育小白菜的壮苗指数、生物量、根冠比、叶面积、茎粗、株高分别是对照的2.05、2.43、1.15、2.48、1.42、1.47倍。可部分替代草炭基质作为育苗基质,降低小白菜育苗成本。
- Abstract:
- Taking Chinese cabbage as the test material,the seedlings were raised in cavity trays.The effects of different substrate ratios on various physiological indicators (plant height,stem thickness,root length,total leaf area,seedling strength index and root to crown ratio) of Chinese cabbage were investigated with sludge,mushroom residue and Chinese medicinal residue as raw materials and commercially available commercial substrates (grass charcoal∶vermiculite∶perlite=3∶1∶1) as control,in order to provide reference for the selection of alternative substrates for Chinese cabbage seedlings.The results showed that the substrate with the ratio of sludge∶mushroom residue∶Chinese medicinal residue=70∶30∶5 contained 0.13 g?kg-1,568.23 mg?kg-1 and 119.38 mg?kg-1 of effective nitrogen,effective phosphorus and effective potassium,which had the best effect on the growth of Chinese cabbage.It produced 2.05,2.43,1.15,2.48,1.42 times and 1.47 times stronger seedling index,biomass,root to crown ratio,leaf area,stem thickness and plant height of Chinese cabbage than the control,respectively.It could partially replace the grass charcoal substrate as seedling substrate and reduce the cost of cabbage seedlings.
