- 以薏苡为试验材料,采用种子发芽试验方法,研究了外源赤霉素(GA3)对铅胁迫缓解效应的影响,以期为薏苡种植过程中预防铅毒害提供参考依据。结果表明:中低浓度(25、50、100 mg?L-1)的GA3能够促进薏苡种子萌发和幼苗生长。低浓度(25 mg?L-1)GA3处理对铅胁迫下光合色素含量的抑制并无明显影响。50、100 mg?L-1 GA3可明显提高叶绿素a/b和类胡萝卜素含量,缓解铅胁迫对植株光合作用的伤害。100 mg?L-1 GA3可提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)、相对电导率、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,通过降低膜脂过氧化水平以维持细胞膜的正常功能,从而缓解铅对薏苡植株的毒害作用。但是高浓度的GA3对铅胁迫的缓解效应很小。
- Abstract:
- The alleviating effect of exogenous gibberellin (GA3) on lead stress was studied with Coix lachryma as experimental material and seed germination method,in order to provide reference for the prevention of lead toxicity in the process of Coix lacix planting.The results showed that the low and medium concentration (25,50,100 mg?L-1) of GA3 could promote seed germination and seedling growth.Low concentration (25 mg?L-1) GA3 treatment had no significant effect on the inhibition of photosynthetic pigment content under lead stress.50,100 mg?L-1 GA3 could significantly increase the contents of chlorophyll a/b and carotenoids,thereby alleviate the damage of lead stress to plant photosynthesis.100 mg?L-1 GA3 could increase SOD and POD activities,reduce MDA,relative conductivity,proline and soluble sugar content,and maintain the normal function of cell membrane by reducing the level of membrane lipid peroxidation,so as to alleviate the toxic effect of lead on Coix plants.However,high concentration of GA3 has little effect on alleviating lead stress.
