- 农产品流通效率的提升可以有效保障农产品供给、稳定农产品价格,对提高农民收入、拉动内需、全面推进乡村振兴等具有重要意义。首先运用DEA模型中的BCC模型对河北省11个地级市农农产品流通效率进行差异性分析,发现河北省农产品流通效率整体偏低,地区之间存在严重的发展不平衡问题。其次进一步运用典型相关分析对影响农产品流通效率的相关因素进行研究,发现信息化水平、劳动力数量等对河北省农产品流通效率具有较强的影响作用。最后,提出了重视农产品流通领域专业人才队伍建设、增强农产品流通企业技术创新能力、推动新型基础设施建设、推动信息技术与农产品流通领域的深度融合等相关对策建议。
- Abstract:
- The improvement of the circulation efficiency of agricultural products can effectively ensure the supply of agricultural products and stabilize the prices of agricultural products,which is of great significance for increasing farmers′ incomes,stimulating domestic demand,and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Firstly,by using the BCC model in the DEA model to analyze the difference in the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province,it was found that the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Hebei Province was generally low,and there is a serious development imbalance between regions.Secondly,the typical correlation analysis was further used to study the relevant factors affecting the circulation efficiency of agricultural products,and it was found that the level of informatization and the number of laborers had a strong influence on the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Hebei Province.Finally,it put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as attaching importance to the construction of professional talents in the field of agricultural product circulation,enhancing the technological innovation ability of agricultural product circulation enterprises,promoting the construction of new infrastructure,and promoting the deep integration of information technology and agricultural product circulation.
