减氮配施微生物菌肥对“富士”苹果品质和光合特性的影响

- 以二十年生的“富士”苹果树为试材,以田间传统施肥为对照(CK),设N-10%、N-20%、N-30%和N-40%,每棵树配施8 kg的微生物菌肥的4种试验处理,研究了不同量的化肥配施微生物菌肥对“富士”苹果品质和光合特性的影响,以期为种植苹果的果农和科研人员提供参考依据。结果表明:与CK相比,以N-20%每棵树配施8 kg的微生物菌肥处理为最佳,其增加了“富士”苹果的单果质量、纵径和横径;除可滴定酸含量降低,可溶性固形物、硬度和维生素C含量均有提高。叶绿素含量和光合特性指标参数也有所提高,而叶绿素荧光参数Ft和Qy有所下降。配施微生物菌肥可以有效缓解传统施肥对土壤带来的土壤板结等问题,有利于植株生长,且提高苹果品质和光合特性。以N-20%配施8 kg?棵-1的微生物菌肥肥效最佳。
- Abstract:
- The 20-year-old ‘Fuji’ apple trees were used as experimental materials,and the four experimental treatments (N-10%,N-20%,N-30% and N-40%) were applied with 8 kg per tree microbial fertilizer,traditional fertilization as control (CK).The effects of different amounts of chemical fertilizer combined with microbial fertilizer on the quality and photosynthetic characteristics of ‘Fuji’ apple were studied,in order to provide reference for fertilization of ‘Fuji’ Apple.The results showed that N-20% combined with 8 kg per tree microbial fertilizer was the best treatment,which increased the single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter of ‘Fuji’ apple.Except titratable acid content decreased,soluble solids content,hardness and vitamin C content increased,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics were also increased,while chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Ft and Qy were decreased.Combined application of microbial fertiliazer could alleviate soil compaction and other problems caused by traditional fertilization,which was beneficial to plant growth,and improve apple quality and photosynthetic characteristics.The best fertilizer effect was N-20% with 8 kg per tree microbial fertilizer.
