- 以草菇为试材,以废棉、麸皮、玉米粉为原料,采用隧道发酵的方法对草菇培养料进行处理,研究了配方A~E经过发酵对草菇的生长状况的影响,进行栽培培养基配方的筛选,运用筛选的最佳配方进行工艺1~3 3种不同的发酵工艺的研究,并对其发酵过程中的pH、电导率、含水量、氮含量变化情况进行了分析,以期获得适合隧道发酵的草菇培养料配方和发酵工艺。结果表明:筛选后的配方和工艺进行生产,草菇的生物转化率24.92%,较之前的研究提高了7.19%。
- Abstract:
- Taking waste cotton,bran and corn flour as the main test materials,the Volvariella volvacea culture material was treated by tunnel fermentation.The effects of formula A-E on the growth of Volvariella volvacea after fermentation were studied.The culture medium formula was screened.Three different fermentation processes were studied by using the screened optimal formula.The changes of pH,electrical conductivity,water content and nitrogen content in the fermentation process were analyzed,in order to obtain the culture material formula and fermentation technology of Volvariella volvacea suitable for tunnel fermentation.The results showed that the bioconversion rate of Volvariella volvacea was 24.92%,which was 7.19% higher than the previous study.
