- 北五味子具有极高的经济及药用价值,是一种具有敛肺滋肾、益气生津的中草药,被列为药用上品。在改善人体的神经系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统方面具有重要作用。植物的逆境胁迫是指植物在生长过程受到恶劣环境如干旱、高温、高盐和病毒等外部条件的影响,植物面对逆境环境会产生多种次生代谢产物影响植物药用成分的产量。该文综合前人对多种药用植物的抗逆境胁迫机制的研究,综述北五味子的药用价值以及在几种不同胁迫环境下北五味子体内可溶性糖类、蛋白质、木脂素和根高苗长的变化情况;总结了北五味子在胁迫环境下的防治方法,为发挥五味子药用价值实现北五味子田间规模化生产提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Schisandra chinensis has high economic and medicinal value.It is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine with strengthening lung,nourishing kidney,invigorating qi and promoting fluid.It is listed as top grade medicine.It plays an important role in improving human nervous system,respiratory system and cardiovascular system.Plant stress refers to the adverse environmental conditions such as drought,high temperature,high salt and virus in the process of plant growth,plants will produce a variety of secondary metabolites to affect the yield of medicinal ingredients.In this study,the existing adversity stress resistance mechanism of several kinds of medicinal plants research,review of fructus Schisandrae chinensis medicinal value and in different stress conditions of fructus Schisandrae chinensis wood soluble sugar,protein,fat and miao long high.The prevention and control methods of Schisandrae chinensis under several stress conditions were summarized to provide reference for the large-scale production of Schisandrae chinensis.
