金华市辣椒生产全产业链管控技术

- 金华市是浙江省辣椒的主产区之一,近年来随着农业产业结构的不断调整,全市辣椒种植面积呈逐年上升的趋势,但由于缺乏统一的种植标准,严重制约了该产业的可持续发展。因此该研究制定了辣椒生产全产业链管控技术,规范了产地选择、大田准备、育苗定植、田间管理、病虫害防治、采收分级包装和质量安全管控等技术要求,旨在为全市辣椒安全生产提供参考依据。
