- 以白灵菇“白杂65”为试材,采用响应面设计法优化白灵菇液体发酵最佳培养条件,研究了以菌丝生物量为响应值的碳源、氮源、接种量最佳组合,以期为白灵菇工厂化生产提供参考依据。结果表明:葡萄糖浓度24.590 g·L-1、酵母膏浓度7.433 g·L-1、接种量10.929%,在温度25 ℃、170 r·min-1,培养6 d菌丝生物量达到最大值,为2.145 g。
- Abstract:
- Taking Pleurotus nebrodensis ‘Baiza65’ as the test material.The response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the liquid fermentation conditions of Pleurotus nebrodensis,and the optimal combination of carbon,nitrogen and inoculum was studied,in order to provide a reference for the industrialized production of Pleurotus nebrodensis.The results showed that the mycelium biomass reached a maximum of 2.145 g at 25 ℃ and 170 r·min-1 for 6 days with the concentration of glucose 24.590 g·L-1,yeast extract 7.433 g·L-1,inoculation quantity 10.929%.
