- 以32个栽培牡丹品种为试材,采用扫描电镜的方法,对栽培牡丹品种的花粉进行形态学比较,以期为栽培牡丹品种在花粉形态的分类上提供参考依据。结果表明:32个栽培牡丹品种的花粉既有相似性又有差异性,花粉均呈单粒存在,均具有三拟孔沟,在赤道轴、极轴长、萌发沟长、网脊宽、网孔直径、极面观、赤道面观以及外壁纹饰上均有很大不同,通过对花粉形态的量化指标进行聚类分析,将供试的32个栽培牡丹品种进行品种群分类。通过对花粉形态进行的主成分分析,发现花粉外壁纹饰、花粉粒大小以及花粉萌发结构能够作为品种群分类的重要依据。
- Abstract:
- The 32 peony cultivars were used as test material and the scanning electron microscopy was used to compare the morphological pollen of 32 peony cultivars, in order to provide a reference for the classification of peony cultivars in pollen morphology.The results showed that the pollen of 32 peony cultivars had both similarities and differences.The pollen existed as a single seed,and all had three pseudo-holes,which were in the equatorial axis,polar axis length,germination groove length,net ridge width,and net.The hole diameter,polar view,equatorial view,and outer wall decoration were very different.By clustering these quantitative indicators of pollen morphology,it was possible to classify the 32 peony cultivars tested.Through the principal component analysis of pollen morphology,it was found that the outer wall decoration of pollen,the size of pollen grains and the structure of pollen germination can be used as important basis for the classification of species groups.
