- 以网纹甜瓜为试材,设置4种不同水分浓度,研究了水分对网纹甜瓜田间农艺性状、裂果率、果实性状,果皮矿质元素、果实营养指标的影响,以期明确水分对网纹甜瓜裂果及果实品质的影响及指标之间的相互关系。结果表明:基质含水量的增加促进了植物的营养生长,但是水分过高时易导致植株茎叶徒长,裂果率增加。果实的横径、裂果率与水分含量存在正相关。Ca元素含量有助于降低裂果率,而K元素、Mg元素含量与裂果呈负相关。且基质含水量过高不利于糖分的积累。由此可见,过多或过少的灌水量均会对网纹甜瓜的品质造成负面影响。因此在实际生产中,合理灌溉,喷施含Ca元素肥料,有助于降低裂果率,提高品质与产量。
- Abstract:
- Taking muskmelon as materials,effects of four different water concentration on agronomic traits,cracking fruit rate,fruit characters,mineral elements of peel,fruit nutrition of muskmelon were studied with muskmelon.In order to study the influence of water on the cracking fruit and fruit quality of muskmelon and the relationship between them.The results showed that with the increase of water content,the vegetative growth of the plant was promoted,but too high water content tended to lead to the excessive growth of stem and leaf and the increase of fruit cracking rate.The transverse diameter of fruit and the cracking rate were positively correlated with water content.The Ca element content was helpful to decrease the cracking rate,while the K element and Mg element content were negatively correlated with the cracking rate.The high water content was not conducive to the accumulation of sugar.Thus,too much or too little irrigation water would have a negative impact on the quality of muskmelon.Therefore,in the actual production,reasonable irrigation and spraying fertilizer containing Ca element could help to reduce the rate of cracking and improve the quality and yield.
