- 以“霞多丽”葡萄叶片为试材,采用室内离体叶片接种法和田间喷雾法,探究了4种复配芽孢菌剂对葡萄霜霉病的防治作用,以期为葡萄霜霉病的生物防治提供参考依据。结果表明:4种复配芽孢菌剂均能有效防治葡萄霜霉病,在室内预防和治疗试验中,复配芽孢菌剂Ⅳ在浓度稀释50倍时的防效最好,分别为82.51%和83.16%;且与其它药剂相比复配芽孢菌剂Ⅳ的EC50基值最小,抑菌活性最高,分别为5.00×107 cfu?mL-1基和3.95×107 cfu?mL-1基基。田间防效试验中,复配芽孢菌剂Ⅳ对葡萄霜霉病防效较好,持续时间长,药效比较稳定,连续施药4次后防效可达80.39%,可作为生产上防治葡萄霜霉病的生防药剂加以推广。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Chardonnay’ grape leaves as materials,in vitro leaf inoculation method and field spray method were used to explore the control effect of four kinds of compound Bacillus agents on grape downy mildew,in order to provide scientific reference and technical support for biological control of grape downy mildew.The results showed that four kinds of compound Bacillus agents could effectively control grape downy mildew.In the laboratory prevention and treatment test,the efficacy of compound Bacillus agent Ⅳ was the best when diluted 50 times,82.51% and 83.16%,respectively.Compared with other agents,the EC50基 value of the compound Bacillus agent Ⅳ was the smallest and the bacteriostatic activity was the highest,which were 5.00×107 cfu?mL-1基 and 3.95×107 cfu?mL-1基基,respectively.In the field control test,compound Bacillus agent Ⅳ had better control effect on downy mildew of grape with long duration and stable efficacy.The control effect of compound Bacillus agent Ⅳ after 4 times of continuous application could reach 80.39%,It coud be used as the raw and preventive medicine to prevent grape downy mildew in production.
