- 以小白菜种子为试材,采用200 g?L-1基聚乙二醇(PEG 6000)作为渗透介质人工模拟干旱胁迫,研究了海藻精浸种和叶面喷施对干旱胁迫下种子萌发和幼苗生长及生理特性的影响,以期为海藻精的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:干旱胁迫下小白菜种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、株高、茎粗、叶面积、地上部和根干质量、叶绿素、相对含水量、根系活力显著降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率显著提高。外施适宜浓度的海藻精溶液可以明显促进干旱胁迫下小白菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,降低MDA含量和相对电导率,提升叶绿素和叶片相对含水量、根系活力,其中以1 500倍稀释液浸种和2 000倍稀释液喷施效果最佳。综上所述,适宜浓度的海藻精处理能减轻干旱胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制效果,提高小白菜的抗逆性,促进幼苗生长。

- Pakchoi seeds were taken as experimental material,and 200 g?L-1基 PEG 6000 was used as artificial stress simulation.The effects of seeds soaking in seaweed extract and spraying on the leaf with different concentrations on germination characteristics,seedling growth and physiological characteristics were studied,in order to provide reference for the application of seaweed extract under drought stress.The results showed that drought stress obviously decreased the germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index,plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,dry weight of ground and root,chlorophyll content,relative water content,and root activity,increased MDA content and relative electrical conductivity significantly.Seaweed extract could significantly promote seed germination and seedling growth of pakchoi under drought stress,reduce MDA content and relative conductivity,improve chlorophyll content,relative water content of leaves and root activity.The best treatment of seeds soaking was 1 500 times diluents,and the best treatment of spraying was 2 000 times基 diluents.These illustrated that the exogenous seaweed extract could reduce the inhibition effect of drought stress on seed germination and seedling growth,improve the stress resistance of pakchoi,and promote seedling growth.
