- 以15株产赤霉素的藤仓赤霉菌(Gibberella fujikuroi)为出发菌株,对其脂肪酶活性、制霉素抗性、固态发酵效率进行了比较分析,以期选育出赤霉素发酵生产的优良菌株。结果表明:筛选出2株遗传稳定性好、生产效率高的菌株GA-YJ1704、GA-YJ1715,其发酵效价分别为4.67、4.77 g?kg-1(干基)。该研究结果对赤霉素固态发酵生产的实现具有重要意义。
- Abstract:
- In order to select a good fermentation producing strain of gibberellin,comparative analysis were made in lipase activity,nystatin resistance and production efficiency of 15 strains Gibberella fujikuroi producing gibberellin.The results showed that GA-YJ1704 and GA-YJ1715 strains with high inheritance stability and high fermentation efficiency were screened.The fermentation potency of GA-YJ1704 and GA-YJ1715 strains were 4.67 g?kg-1 and 4.77 g?kg-1 dry basis respectively.The results had great significance for the solid fermentation of gibberellin.
