- 以“红芯”百合的嫩茎为外植体,采用组织培养的方法,研究不同消毒剂浓度及消毒时间、不同激素浓度配比对“红芯”离体诱导产生珠芽的影响;以“红芯”为试材,在试验基地的大棚内,对露地生长的植株进行去顶与喷施多效唑或矮壮素相结合的处理,研究植株上的珠芽诱导情况,以期通过这2类方式,为提高“红芯”的珠芽繁殖效率提供参考依据。结果表明:最适消毒剂浓度及时间为1% NaClO浸泡10 min;“红芯”诱导珠芽的最适培养基为MS+0.5 mg?L-1 6-BA+0.3 mg?L-1 NAA+90 g?L-1蔗糖;同一植株不同部位的珠芽诱导率为上部>中部>下部;对不同发育阶段的上部茎段研究表明,营养生长期的植株最适宜离体诱导珠芽。对自然生长的“红芯”进行创伤性诱导试验,发现去顶处理的最佳时期为现蕾初期;最佳诱导方式为去顶的同时对植株喷施多效唑。

- Using the tender stems of the ‘Fangio’ lily as explants,the method of tissue culture was used,the effects of different disinfectant concentrations,disinfection times,and different hormone concentration ratios on the in vitro induction of ‘Fangio’ bulbils were studied.Using ‘Fangio’ as the test materials,in the greenhouse of the test base,the topping of the plants grown in the open field was combined with the spraying of paclobutrazol or chlormequat,the induction of bulbils on the plants were studied,in order to provide a reference for improving the efficiency of ‘Fangio’ bulbils by the two methods.The results showed that the optimal disinfectant concentration and time were immersed in 1% NaClO for 10 minutes;the optimum medium for ‘Fangio’ to induce bulbils was MS+0.5 mg?L-1 6-BA+0.3 mg?L-1 NAA+90 g?L-1 sucrose.The induction rate of bulbils in different parts of the same plant was upper>middle>lower;studies on the upper stem segments at different developmental stages showed that the plants in the vegetative growth stage were the most suitable for in vitro induction of bulbils.The traumatic induction experiment was carried out on the ‘Fangio’ of natural growth.It was found that the best period for the topping treatment was the beginning of the bud;the best induction method was to spray the paclobutrazol on the plant at the same time as the topping.
