- 独蒜兰属(Pleione)隶属于兰科(Orchidaceae)。该属植物具有重要的观赏和药用价值,其野生种质资源主要分布于中国西南地区和临近的喜马拉雅地区。独蒜兰属植物的育种在国外已超过50年,超过400个杂交种已在英国皇家园艺学会登录。中国虽然是独蒜兰属植物资源的集中分布区,但人工栽培和育种工作处于起步阶段。该研究对独蒜兰属植物的原生种质资源、杂交育种历史、现状和存在的问题等进行了综述,并结合独蒜兰属植物的利用现状,提出了育种的思路和建议,旨在促进种质资源的保护和利用。
- Abstract:
- The genus Pleione belongs to the family Orchidaceae.The species of this genus have important ornamental and medicinal value,and the wild germplasm resources are mainly distributed in south west China and the Himalayan region.With more than 400 hybrids registered at the Royal Horticultural Society,breeding history of this genus has been more than 50 years outside China.However,as the distribution center,artificial cultivation and breeding of Pleione is still at an early stage in China.In this study,germplasm resources,history and current status of crossbreeding,and the existing problems were reviewed.According to the utilization status of resources,ideas and suggestions regarding breeding were proposed to promote conservation and utilization of Pleione.
