干旱胁迫对三种菊科植物种子萌发的影响

- 以万寿菊、孔雀草、百日草3种菊科植物的种子为试材,使用不同浓度的PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)溶液模拟干旱胁迫,浓度指标分别为5%、10%、15%、20%,以蒸馏水(PEG-6000浓度为0%)作为对照,通过形态指标发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、苗高、鲜质量、活力指数,研究干旱胁迫对万寿菊、孔雀草、百日草种子萌发的影响,对比选出最优的品种进行植物配置,以期为研究干旱胁迫对3种菊科植物种子萌发的影响提供参考依据。结果表明:在不同程度的干旱胁迫下,种子萌发差异较大,随着PEG-6000(聚乙二醇)溶液浓度的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数降低,抑制作用增强。不同种的抗旱能力也不尽相同,3种菊科植物中孔雀草抗旱能力最强,发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均达到最高值,百日草抗旱能力最弱,发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数最低,抗旱性强弱次序依次为孔雀草>万寿菊>百日草。

- Influence of three kinds of Compositae plants seed germination on the drought stress was studied with Tagetes erecta L.,Tagetes patula L.and Zinnia elegans Jacq.as the test material.PEG-6000 (PEG) solution at concentration index of 5%,10%,15% and 20% was used to simulate drought stress with distilled water (concentration of 0% PEG-6000) as a contrast.Morphology index such as germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,seedling height,fresh weight and vigor index were mensurated and calculated in order to select the best one for plant furnishing.The results showed that seed germination was significantly different under different degrees of drought stress.With the increase of PEG-6000 (polyethylene glycol) solution concentration,seed germination rate,germination index and activity index decreased,and the inhibitory effect enhanced.Different species had different drought resistance.Among the three Compositae plants,Tagetes patula had the strongest drought resistance,with the highest germination rate,germination index and activity index,and Zinnia elegans had the weakest drought resistance,with the lowest germination rate,germination index and activity index.The order of drought resistance was Tagetes patula >Tagetes erecta >Zinnia elegans.
