- 以不同龄的多花黄精块茎为试材,采用凯氏定氮法和等离子发射光谱法,研究了多花黄精不同龄块茎中矿质元素含量及分布特征,以期为多花黄精的人工栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:1)微量元素Fe、Zn、Al、Sr和重金属Cu、Pb随着生长龄增加有富集效益,尤其以Al和Pb元素表现最为明显,大量元素无明显变化趋势;2)多花黄精不同龄块茎中大量元素含量均表现为Ca最高,微量元素均表现为Al最高,重金属元素均表现为Cu最高;3)Fe与Ca、Mg、Sr、Cu呈显著正相关,Fe与Al呈极显著正相关,Mg与Al、Pb呈显著正相关,Ca与Cu呈极显著正相关,Sr与Fe、Zn、Al呈显著正相关,Mn与K呈显著负相关。
- Abstract:
- The content and distribution characteristics of mineral elements in different age tubers of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.were studied by Kjeldahl method and plasma emission spectrometry,so as to provide reference for artificial cultivation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua..The results showed that,1)Microelement Fe,Zn,Al,Sr and heavy metals Cu and Pb had enrichment benefits with increasing growth age,especially for Al and Pb elements,and there was no obvious change trend for a large number of elements;2)The content of macronules in different ages of tubers was the highest,the microelement of Al was the highest,and the heavy metals of Cu the highest;3)There was a significant positive correlation between Fe and Ca,Mg,Sr and Cu.There was a significant positive correlation between Fe and Al,Mg was positively correlated with Al and Pb,Cu was significantly positively correlated with Cu,and Sr was significantly positively correlated with Fe,Zn and Al.Significantly negatively correlated with K.This study could provide reference for artificial cultivation of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
