- 发展乡村旅游对调整和优化农村产业结构、农村人口脱贫具有重要意义。该研究通过构建乡村旅游与精准扶贫耦合关系指标体系，借助熵权法计算指标权重，对黑龙江省2011—2018年的乡村旅游与精准扶贫多指标进行分析，评价乡村旅游与精准扶贫的耦合评价值的变化趋势对其耦合关系发展做出评价。结果表明：1）2011—2018年黑龙江省乡村旅游呈现上升趋势，受到乡村振兴与精准扶贫政策影响，其综合发展水平呈现不同的增长趋势。2）2011—2018年黑龙江省乡村旅游与精准扶贫耦合度经历勉强协调到基本协调，发展态势良好且潜力巨大。黑龙江省在大力发展乡村振兴的同时，需要切合当地自然资源因地制宜的选择多元化方案，实现乡村旅游经济的稳步发展，并提出了黑龙江省发展乡村旅游的相关建议。
- Abstract:
- The development of rural tourism was of great significance for the adjustment and optimization of rural industrial structure and the rural population′s poverty alleviation.This study analyzed the index of rural tourism and precision poverty alleviation,calculated the index weight by means of entropy weight method,analyzed the multiple indicators of rural tourism and precision poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province from 2010 to 2017,and evaluated the coupling evaluation of rural tourism and precision poverty alleviation.The trend of value changed the evaluation of the development of its coupling relationship.The results showed that,first,rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province showed an upward trend during 2010—2017.Under the influence of rural revitalization and precise poverty alleviation policies,its comprehensive development level showed different growth trends.Second,during the period of 2010—2017,the coupling degree of rural tourism and precision poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province was reconciled to basic coordination,and the development trend was good and the potential was huge.While vigorously developing rural revitalization,Heilongjiang Province needed to diversify its local natural resources to meet the needs of local conditions and achieve steady development of the rural tourism economy.Finally,the relevant suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province were put forward.
