- 水果品质是水果外表特征、基本物理性质以及内部特征的真实反映,控制水果品质对追求“营养、全面、平衡、健康”的食品消费观念具有重要意义。该研究对水果品质控制的无损检测技术原理、类型、应用及发展进行分析,以期为水果产业的可持续发展提供新思路。
- Abstract:
- Fruit quality is a true reflection of the appearance,basic physical properties and internal characteristics of fruit.Controlling fruit quality is of great significance to our pursuit of ‘nutritious,comprehensive,balanced and healthy’ food consumption.This paper studied the principle,type,application and development of nondestructive testing technology for fruit quality control in order to provide new ideas for the sustainable development of fruit industry.
