- 目前，我国的农产品供应链存在粗放生产、冷链投入少、运输损耗大、信息不对称等问题，因此，农产品供应链制定标准，规范农产品供应链管理势在必行，农产品供应链标准化能够规范农产品生产经营活动、保证食品安全、解决信息不对称问题。在分析我国农产品供应链现状的基础上，从生产、物流、信息管理、企业管理4个方面构建农产品供应链标准化体系，以期为实际中标准化活动提供参考，最后，对农产品供应链标准化体系的构建提出相关建议。
- Abstract:
- At present,China′s agricultural product supply chain has problems such as extensive production,low cold chain investment,large transportation loss,and information asymmetry.Therefore,it was imperative to set standards for agricultural product supply chain and regulate agricultural product supply chain management.Agricultural production and management activities,ensuring food safety,and solving information asymmetry.On the basis of analyzing the status quo of China′s agricultural product supply chain,the agricultural product supply chain standardization system was constructed from four aspects of production,logistics,information management and enterprise management,in order to provide reference for the actual standardization activities.Finally,relevant suggestions were put forward for the construction of the agricultural product supply chain standardization system.
