- 以10个具有代表性的元宝枫天然居群的叶片、果实、种子为试验材料,采用相关性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析等方法,研究了群体间和群体内的表型多样性,以期揭示元宝枫表型变异程度与变异规律。结果表明:10个种源元宝枫居群间表型性状的变异系数在4.65%~40.34%,其中果实张开角变异幅度最大,而着生痕稳定性最高。主成分分析表明,元宝枫居群表型多样性来源依次为果实贡献率>叶片贡献率>种子贡献率。表型性状相关性表明,果实和种子之间的关系密切,而叶片相关性状与种实之间相关性不显著。不同种源元宝枫表型性状与各地地理生态因子分析表明,经纬度对元宝枫种实及其相关性状影响较大,而叶片相关性状受年均温的影响更加明显。聚类分析将元宝枫10个居群分为4类,各居群并未完全依照地理距离而聚类。

- The leaves,fruits and seeds of ten natural populations of A.truncatum in China were selected as experimental materials,and using correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis to analyze the phenotypic diversity of A.truncatum populations and their spatial patterns.In order to determine phenotypic variation of A.truncatum populations.The results showed that,the variation coefficient(CV)of phenotype traits of ten A.truncatum areas ranged from 4.65% to 40.34%,and the fruit opening angle(OA) had the largest variation,while bears the mark(BTM) was the most stable traits.Principal component analysis showed that the main variation sources of A.truncatum was fruit>leaf>seed.Correlation analysis of the phenotypic traits revealed that the relationship between fruit and seed was close,and the correlation between leaf-related traits and seeding was not significant.The correlation analysis between geo-ecological factors and phenotypic traits showed that the latitude and longitude had significant effect on fruits and seeds,and the average annual temperature had significantly impact on leaf.The 10 populations of A. truncatum clustered into four groups according to cluster analysis,which did not strictly classify with the geography distance.
