- 以一体化土壤采集器为试材,采用植丛内外差值百分比法,以围封退化短花针茅草地为研究对象,临近自由放牧草地为对照(CK),对比研究了荒漠草原短花针茅植丛对土壤颗粒组成和SOC和TN的富集效应在空间上的变化,以期探讨植丛对土壤富集作用的影响。结果表明:就富集率“E”值而言,粘粒(<2 μm)和砂粒(50~2 000 μm)的富集格局大致趋势相反,生境和土层深度对粉粒(2~500 μm)的富集均无显著影响(P>0.05)。SOC在6~8 cm土层放牧区显著高于围封区,12~14 cm土层围封区显著高于放牧区;TN则在4~6 cm土层围封区显著高于放牧区,12~14 cm土层放牧区显著高于围封区(P<0.05)。沿土层深度垂直变化,颗粒组成仅放牧区砂粒在12~14 cm土层“E”值显著增高(P>0.05);SOC围封区0~2 cm土层“E”值显著高于其它土层(P<0.05),TN放牧区呈先减少后增高“V”型变化,4~8 cm土层“E”值显著降低(P<0.05),放牧区的SOC和围封区的TN都无显著变化(P>0.05)。粘粒与砂粒的“E”值均呈显著负相关(P<0.05),粉粒与粘粒、粉粒与砂粒的“E”值相关关系逆转;颗粒组成与SOC、TN的“E”值相关性都不显著(P>0.05)。总之,围封并未使短花针茅植丛对土壤粘粒的整体富集率增大,反而有所降低;但围封确推动了土壤粘粒和SOC表聚型富集;土壤SOC和TN的富集是2个独立的过程,围封都有利于任意土层TN的富集。
- Abstract:
- The integrated soil collector was used as the experimental material,and the percentage difference method inside and outside the plant was adopted.The enclosure of degraded Stipa breviflora was studied,and the free grazing grassland was used as the control.The spatial variation of soil particle composition and SOC and TN enrichment effects in the desert steppe was studied.In order to answer the impact of planting on soil enrichment.The results showed that in terms of the enrichment rate ‘E’ value.The enrichment pattern of clay (<2 μm) and sand (50-2 000 μm) was roughly opposite,and habitat and soil depth have no significant effect on the enrichment of silt (2-500 μm) (P>0.05).SOC in the 6-8 cm soil layer grazing area was significantly higher than the enclosed area(P<0.05),the 12-14 cm soil layer enclosing area was significantly higher than the grazing area (P>0.05);TN was significantly higher in the enclosed area of 4-6 cm soil than in the grazing area(P<0.05),the grazing area of the 12-14 cm soil layer was significantly higher than the enclosed area (P>0.05).Vertical variation along the depth of the soil layer,particle composition only in the grazing area sand ‘E’ value in the 12-14 cm soil layer was significantly increased(P>0.05).The ‘E’ value of the 0-2 cm soil layer in the SOC enclosure was significantly higher than that in other soil layers (P<0.05),the TN grazing area was reduced first and then the ‘V’ type was increased,and the ‘E’ value of the 4-8 cm soil layer is significantly reduced (P<0.05),there was no significant change in the SOC of the grazing area and the TN of the enclosed area (P>0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between the ‘E’ values of caly and sand (P<0.05),and the correlation between the ‘E’ values of the silt and clay,silt and sand was reversed;the composition of the particles and the ‘E’ value of the SOC,TN correlation was not significant (P>0.05).In short,enclosure did not increase the overall enrichment rate of soil clay by the short stalk,but encapsulation did promote soil cohesive and SOC surface enrichment;soil SOC and TN enrichment was two independent processes,and the enclosing was beneficial to the enrichment of TN in any soil layer.
