- 以榆黄蘑为试材,采用棉籽皮、木屑、玉米芯、杏鲍菇菌渣为主料,按照不同添加比例设计栽培配方,研究了7种发酵料栽培配方(分别为CK、F1、F2、F3、F4、F5、F6)及10种熟料栽培配方(分别为CK、S1、S2、S3、S4、S5、S6、S7、S8、S9)对榆黄蘑菌丝体生长、生物学效率及农艺性状的影响,为提高榆黄蘑栽培效益提供技术支持。结果表明:最佳发酵料栽培配方为棉籽皮28%、玉米芯60%、麸皮10%、石灰1%、石膏1%,含水量为60%~65%;最佳熟料栽培配方为棉籽皮43%、木屑40%、麸皮15%、石灰1%、石膏1%,含水量为60%~65%。
- Abstract:
- Pleurotus citrinopileatus was used as test material,the cultivation formulation of Pleurotus citrinopileatus was designed with cottonseed hull,sawdust,corncob and Pleurotus eryngii residue.Mycelium growth,biological efficiency and agronomic characters of Pleurotus citrinopileatus cultivated with seven kinds of cultivation formulation on compost and ten kinds of cultivation formulation on sterilized substrate were studied.The results showed that the optimum cultivation formulation on compost was cotton seed hull 28%,corncob 60%,bran 10%,lime 1%,gypsum 1%,water content 60%-65%.The optimum cultivation formulation on sterilized substrate was cotton seed hull 43%,sawdust 40%,bran 15%,lime 1%,gypsum 1%,water content 60%-65%.
