- 为了研究不同配比丸化填充剂对丸化后的桔梗种子出苗率及苗素质的影响,将5种常用的种子丸化填充剂分别与硅藻土按照1∶1的比例混合后,进行桔梗种子丸化,通过盆栽试验,筛选出最佳组合为活性炭+硅藻土。为了提高此组合的出苗率,将活性炭与硅藻土按照 1∶1、1∶2、1∶3、1∶4、1∶5 的比例混合,然后对桔梗种子进行丸化处理,对丸化后的种子进行盆栽试验。结果表明:填充剂的活性炭与硅藻土的比例不同,丸化后的桔梗种子的出苗率和苗素质有差异。其中,活性炭∶硅藻土=1∶4时的表现最佳,处理后出苗率和苗素质较高;活性炭∶硅藻土=1∶2时处理的表现最差。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the effect of pelleting with different proportion of filler on the seed germination rate and the seedling quality of Platycodon grandiflorum,five kinds of common fillers were mixed with diatomite respectively according to the ratio of 1∶1,carbon+diatomite was activated as the best combination via pot experiments.Aiming to improve the germination rate of this combination,carbon and diatomite were mixed in a ratio of 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4 and 1∶5,and then the seeds were randomly selected from the pelleted seeds and were potted experiment. The results showed that different proportions of pelleting filler had distinctive effects on seed vigor and seedling quality of Platycodon grandiflorum.Among them, when carbon∶diatomite=1∶4,the germination rate performed best,the seed vigor and the seedling quality of Platycodon grandiflorum became better after this treatment as well;the inferior performance turned out,however,when the ratio changed into 1∶2.
