- 以“德冠一号”和“白果强丰”2个番茄品种种子为试材,分别采用不同浓度(0、30、60、90、120、150 mmol·L-1)NaCl对番茄种子进行胁迫处理,对其种子萌发相关指标进行了测定,研究了NaCl盐胁迫对番茄种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在盐胁迫下番茄种子的发芽率、发芽指数、萌发活力指数以及各幼苗生长指标均有一定的下降,且与盐浓度呈负相关,盐浓度越大,各指标下降的越明显。其中相对伤害率与盐浓度呈正相关,且“德冠一号”耐盐性好于“白果强丰”。在该试验条件下,确定番茄的耐盐性适宜浓度在60 mmol·L-1以下。
- Abstract:
- The seeds of two tomato varieties,‘Deguan Ⅰ’ and ‘Baiguo Qiangfeng’,were conducted with different concentrations (0,30,60,90,120,150 mmol·L-1) of NaCl.Meanwhile,the seeds germination related indexes were measured,and the effect of NaCl salt stress on the germination of tomato seeds was studied.The results showed that the germination rate,germination index,germination vigor index and seedling growth index of tomato under salt stress had a certain decline,which was negatively correlated with salt concentration,the more the salt concentration was,the more obvious the indexes decreased.Only the relative injury rate was positively correlated with salt concentration.The salt tolerance of ‘Deguan Ⅰ’ was better than that of ‘Baiguo Qiangfeng’.Under this experimental condition,the optimum salt tolerance of tomato was below 60 mmol· L-1.
