- 以连翘半木质化嫩枝作插条,进行了不同扦插时间(2017年6月中旬、7月中旬、8月中旬、9月中旬)、不同枝条扦插部位(基部、中部、梢部)、不同生根激素(ABT-6号生根粉)处理浓度(100、300、500、700、900、1 100 mg·kg-1)、不同扦插基质(粘土、沙壤土、珍珠岩+蛭石)和不同喷雾次数(3、5、7、9、11次)等全光喷雾扦插育苗试验。结果表明:在7月中旬进行扦插,截取当年生半木质化枝条的中部或梢部作插条,扦插前用浓度300~500 mg·kg-1的ABT-6号生根粉浸泡枝条基部0.5 h,以沙壤土作扦插基质,保持每天喷雾7~9次,能缩短连翘愈伤组织形成时间,显著提高生根数和生根率。
- Abstract:
- Using the semi-woody twigs of Forsythia suspensa as cuttings,different cutting time (mid-June,mid-July,mid-August,mid-September in 2017),different branch cuttings (base,middle,tip),different concentrations (100,300,500,700,900,1 100 mg·kg-1) rooting hormone treatment,different cutting substrates (clay,sandy loam,perlite+vermiculite) and different spray times (3,5,7,9,11 times) all-light spray cutting seedling test.The results showed that in the middle of July 2017,the cuttings were carried out,and the middle or the tip of the semi-lignified branches of the same year was cut for cutting.Before the cutting,the roots of the branches were soaked with ABT-6 rooting powder with concentration of 300-500 mg·kg-1 for 0.5 hour,the sandy loam soil was used as the cutting substrate,and the spraying was carried out 7-9 times a day,which could shorten the formation time of forsythia callus and significantly increase the number of roots and rooting rate.
