- 在我国野生蔬菜有着悠久的食用历史,生物多样性丰富,不仅孕育了栽培蔬菜,还具有栽培蔬菜无可比拟的营养价值、药用功效和保健功能等多功能性。通过对我国27个省(自治区、直辖市)的野生蔬菜资源调查报告进行整理,归纳出野生蔬菜共595种,分布在124个科,并分析了野生蔬菜作为天然营养菜品、中药材以及保健食品等的多重开发价值,为野生蔬菜资源的综合开发利用提供理论支撑。
- Abstract:
- Wild vegetables have been used for a long history and are rich in biodiversity in China.They not only are the source of cultivated vegetables,but also have more prominent multi-functionalities such as nutritional value,medicinal efficacy and health functions than cultivated vegetables.In this study,through the survey of wild vegetable resources reported in 27 provinces in China,a total of 595 species of wild vegetables distributed in 124 families were summarized,and the utilization of wild vegetablesas natural nutritional vegetables,herbal medicines and healthy foods were reviewed,in order to provide supports for the comprehensive development of wild vegetables in China.
