- :以6年生‘莱阳茌梨’为试材,采用棚架形和主干疏散分层形2种不同树形,测定了‘莱阳茌梨’净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶绿素含量以及果实品质,比较分析了2种不同树形下‘莱阳茌梨’叶片的光合特性以及果实品质的差异,从而筛选并确定了经济效益较高的适宜树形。结果表明:在相同的光照条件下,棚架形Pn、Gs、Tr由外到内逐渐降低,Ci增加;主干疏散分层形Pn、Gs、Tr由外到内、自上而下逐渐减小,且差异显著,Ci增加。综合比较2种树形的单果质量、果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、固酸比和糖酸比可知,棚架形树冠不同部位果实品质一致性优于主干疏散分层形。

- 6-year-old ‘Laiyang pear’ trees were used as matetials,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),SPAD and fruit quality were measured between the horizontal tree system(HTS)and the delayed open central system(DLS)in order to determine the suitable tree shape for ‘Laiyang pear’ tree.The results showed that under the same lighting conditions,Pn,Gs,Tr on HTS gradually decreased from the outside to the inside,Ci increased;Pn,Gs,Tr on DLS gradually decreased from the outside to the inside,from top to bottom with significant difference,Ci increased.Compared HTS with DLS on single fruit weight,fruit firmness,contents of total souble solid,soluble sugar,titrable acid,TSS-acid ratio and sugar-acid ratio,consistency of fruit quality in different position of HTS was better than that of DLS.
