摘要:
基于乡村振兴战略的视角，将AHP与DEA评价相结合，根据农业新技术的发展特征和战略发展重点，构建了农业合作社在新技术转移系统中的效率评价指标体系，并以河北省渤海粮仓14个农业合作社为研究对象，进行实证分析。最后，提出了针对河北省农业合作社提升在新技术转移中的效率相应的改进措施和对策建议。
Abstract:
Based on the perspective of the strategy of rejuvenating the country,combined with AHP and DEA,and according to the characteristics of the development of new agricultural technology and strategy development,the agricultural cooperatives in the new technology transfer-system efficiency evaluation index system was constructed.Taking Hebei Province Bohai granary 14 agricultural cooperatives as the research object,the empirical analysis were conducted.Finally,it put forward some measures and countermeasures to improve the transfer-efficiency of the agricultural cooperatives in Hebei Province.
