- 以青海省地方核桃实生种质为研究对象,采用实地和访问调查相结合的方式,通过初选、复选和决选,筛选获得坚果品质优良的单株,以期为进一步新品种的选育提供参考依据。结果表明:通过对93个单株的坚果主要经济学性状、化学及丰产性指标的分析,经过初选、复选和决选,从地方核桃实生群体中筛选出的5个坚果品质好,具有一定丰产性的优良单株,为下一步自主品种的开发奠定基础。
- Abstract:
- The local walnut seed germplasms in Qinghai Province were used as research objects,and the combination of on-site and interview surveys were adopted.By primary selection,reselection and final,a single plant with excellent quality of nuts was selected as a further new variety in order to provide references for new variety breeding.The results showed that by the analysis of the main economic characteristics,chemical and high yield indicators of 93 individual nuts,the five nuts which selected from the local walnut seedling group were of good quality and had a good quality.Certain high-yield individual plants lay the foundation for the next step in the development of independent varieties.
