新疆野苹果与栽培苹果挥发性香气物质分析

- 以11种新疆野苹果和5个栽培品种果为试材,采用顶空固相微萃取技术结合气相色谱-质谱(SPME-GC-MS)方法,测定了果实的香气成分及含量,并进行亲缘关系计算和主成分分析,旨在研究新疆野苹果与现有栽培品种在苹果驯化中对香气改良的作用,更好地利用香气资源育种。结果表明:试验共鉴定出6类67种挥发性香气物质,物质的量浓度高于阈值的有19种,其中2-己烯醛等10种为所有苹果共有,苯甲醛等3种为新疆野苹果特有,2-甲基丁酸丁酯等6种为栽培品种特有。经分析‘秦冠’拥有与新疆野苹果最低的相似性以及最高的香气质量。综合表明,新疆野苹果以丰富的遗传多样性以及特有挥发性香气物质,‘秦冠’以优质的香气质量可能成为培育香气丰富和浓郁新品种的较好亲本资源。
- Abstract:
- In this study,the effect of Malus sieversii (Lebed.) and M.pumila on aroma improvement was evaluated by using 11 seedlings collected from wild populations of M.sieversii and 5 cultivated varieties in order to strengthen aroma germplasm resources and breeding.Solid phase microextraction and gas chromatographymass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS) was used to determine the composition and content of fruit aroma and analyze genetic relationship and principal component analysis (PCA).The results showed that six classes was identified including 67 kinds of volatile aroma components in total,19 substance concentrations of which were higher than the threshold (i.e.,10 common aroma components like 2-hexenal in all apple fruits,three and six typical components in M.sieversii and cultivated varieties,respectively).Moreover,‘Qinguan’ had the highest quality of aroma but the least similarity with M.sieversii. Therefore,the potential of M.sieversii which contained abundant genetic diversity and typical volatile aroma components and ‘Qinguan’ which had top aroma quality as parent resources to breed new aroma cultivars was enormous.
