- 以采集于冀南太行山区的野生酸枣茎、根和叶为试材,采用单因素试验和L9 (34) 正交实验的方法,研究了酸枣不同组织类黄酮提取的最佳工艺及其抗氧化功效,以期优化酸枣不同组织类黄酮提取的工艺参数。结果表明:酸枣茎的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度65%、料液比1∶20 g?mL-1、浸提时间2.5 h、浸提温度60 ℃,且在最佳工艺条件时的类黄酮提取率为10.13%;酸枣根的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度65%、料液比1∶10 g?mL-1、浸提时间2.0 h、浸提温度60 ℃,在此工艺条件时的类黄酮提取率为14.15%;酸枣叶的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度65%、料液比1∶25 g?mL-1、浸提时间3.0 h、浸提温度65 ℃,此最优工艺条件下的类黄酮提取率为18.98%;酸枣茎、根、叶的提取液均具有较好清除DPPH?的能力,且在相同的浸提液浓度下,不同酸枣组织对DPPH?的清除效果为叶>根>茎。
- Abstract:
- With single factor and orthogonal array design L9 (34) experiments,this study investigated the optimal process parameters for extracting flavonoids from different tissues of Zizyphus jujuba,which was sampled from the Taihang Mountains locates at south of Hebei Province,China.Meanwhile,the scavenging effects of flavonoids on DPPH? were also examined.The results showed that the extraction yield of flavonoids was 10.13% with the optimal parameters that the ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction temperature were 65%,1∶20 g?mL-1,2.5 hours,and 60 ℃ for stems;the extraction yield of flavonoids was 14.15% with the optimal parameters that the ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction temperature were 65%,1∶10 g?mL-1,2.0 hours,and 60 ℃ for roots;the extraction yield of flavonoids was 18.98% with the optimal parameters that the ethanol concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction time,and extraction temperature were 65%,1∶25 g?mL-1,3.0 hours,and 65 ℃ for leaves;the extractions from the stems,roots,and leaves of Zizyphus jujuba characterized by high antioxidant ability for scavenging the DPPH? with the scavenging ability from high to low was leaves>roots>stems.
