- 以9个代表性石榴品种为试材,分别采用氧化还原滴定法、称重法及游标卡尺测量法测定了石榴种皮纤维素、木质素含量和种皮厚度,使用硬度计测定籽粒的硬度,并分析了3种指标与石榴籽硬度之间的皮尔森相关系数,以探讨石榴籽硬度的影响因素,为石榴资源开发利用及石榴品种选育提供参考。结果表明:不同石榴品种之间籽粒硬度、种皮纤维素、木质素含量及种皮厚度存在着一定差异;籽粒硬度与种皮纤维素、木质素含量及种皮厚度均呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.936、0.965和0.994,其中种皮厚度与硬度的相关性最显著,其次是木质素含量和纤维素含量;表明石榴籽粒硬度受种皮纤维素、木质素含量以及厚度等多种因素影响,其中种皮厚度是最重要的影响因素。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the influencing factors of hardness of pomegranate seed,9 representative cultivars of pomegranate were selected for research.Cellulose and lignin content of pomegranate seed and seed coat thickness were measured respectively by redox titration,weighing method and method for determination of vernier caliper,using hardness determination of grain hardness,and the Person′s correlation coefficients were analyzed between the 3 indicators and seed hardness of pomegranate.The results showed that seed coat thickness,testa cellulose,lignin content,and thickness between various pomegranate cultivars existed some differences.A certain positive correlation exited between grain hardness and testa cellulose,lignin content,seed coat thickness,correlation coefficient of 0.936,0.965,0.994,respectively,the most significant correlation between seed coat thickness and hardness,followed by the content of lignin and cellulose content.It indicated that testa cellulose,lignin content and thickness were the important factors affecting hardness of pomegranates,and the thickness was the most one.
