- 以‘美人指’‘黑色甜菜’和‘温克’3个葡萄品种为试材,利用LI-6400光合测定系统对光合参数日变化、光强(PAR)和CO2浓度响应曲线进行测定。以掌握温室栽培条件下葡萄品种间光合特性的差异,为当地葡萄的引种和高产栽培提供理论指导。结果表明:供试葡萄光合速率(Pn)日变化为‘双峰’曲线,峰值分别出现在11:30和15:30,且具有光合“午休”现象;‘美人指’Pn最高,为8.04 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1,‘温克’最低,为6.24 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1,品种间差异显著;Pn对PAR、CO2浓度响应均可用二次方程y=ax2+bx+c描述;‘美人指’CO2饱和点(CSP)、羧化效率(CE)、光合能力(Pm)显著高于其它2个品种,但CO2补偿点(CCP)最低,而‘黑色甜菜’光饱和点(LSP)最高,较耐强光且光强适应范围最大。
- Abstract:
- Three different grape varieties including ‘Meirenzhi’‘Heisetiancai’ and ‘Wenke’ were used as materials.The diurnal fluctuations of photosynthetic parameters,the response curves of photosynthesis rate to light intensity and CO2 concenrtration were measured using LI-6400 protable photosynthesis system.To provide theoretical guidance for the grape cultivation and introduction by comparatively investigating the photosynthetic capacity of three grape cultivars grown in greenhouse.The results indicated that Pn diurnal variation of three grapes presented a typical ‘bimodal’ curves and the peak appeared at 11:30 and 15:30.Meanwhile,all cultivars showed obvious midday depression of photosynthesis.The net photosynthetic rate of ‘Meirenzhi’ showed the highest with 8.04 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1,while ‘Wenke’ was the lowest rank behind ‘Heisetiancai’,just only 6.24 CO2 μmol?m-2?s-1 and significantly difference were found among three species.The responsive curves of photosynthesis in mature grape leaves to the changes of photosynthetic active radiation and CO2 concentration could be described with quadratic equations of y= ax2+bx+c.The CCP of ‘Meirenzhi’ was the lowest but CSP,CE and Pm were remarkably higher than others,while ‘Heisetiancai’ showed the highest LSP and possessed a high tolerance to strong light with broader suitable light scope.
