- 以香港玻璃生菜种子为试材,采用对比分析的方法,研究了不同浓度ACC溶液、GA溶液和CaCl2溶液浸种处理对香港玻璃生菜种子发芽的影响,以期为提高香港玻璃生菜发芽率提供参考依据。结果表明:20 μmol?L-1 ACC溶液、200 μmol?L-1 GA溶液,2 5 mmol?L-1 CaC12溶液处理的种子发芽势和发芽率最高,适当浓度的ACC、GA溶液处理可以有效地提高种子发芽整齐度和发芽率;低浓度CaC12溶液处理有助于提高种子的发芽率和发芽指数,同时提高种子的活力水平,随着溶液浓度的增大,发芽率和发芽势逐渐降低,过高浓度抑制了种子的萌发。
- Abstract:
- Hong Kong glass lettuce seeds were used as materials to study the germination of lettuce seeds from Hong Kong by soaking ACC solution,GA solution and CaCl2 solution with different concentrations in order to provide references for improving the germination rate of Hong Kong glass lettuce.The results showed that the germination potential and germination rate were the highest in 20 μmol?L-1 ACC solution,200 μmol?L-1 GA solution and 2 5 mmol?L-1 CaCl2 solution.In the experimental range,the appropriate concentration of ACC,GA solution treatment could effectively improve the seed germination uniformity and germination rate;low concentration of CaCl2 solution treatment could help improve the seed germination rate and germination index,while increasing the seed′s vitality level with the increase of the concentration of the solution,the germination rate and the germination potential gradually decreased,and the high concentration inhibited the seed germination.
