- 以黄瓜为试材,采用室内苗期孢子悬浮液灌根接种和田间土壤接菌鉴定的方法,研究了当地市场销售的23个黄瓜品种对枯萎病的抗性。结果表明:室内鉴定试验中,高抗品种3个,占13.0%;抗病品种5个,占21.7%;中抗品种9个,占39.1%;感病品种6个,占26.1%。田间鉴定试验中,高抗品种2个,占8.7%;抗病品种8个,占34.8%;中抗品种10个,占43.5%;感病品种3个,占13.0%。试验表明,供试的23个黄瓜品种中有10个品种属于高抗或抗病,适宜在当地推广种植。
- Abstract:
- Taking cucumber as material,using the method of irrigating root with sporule suspension in laboratory and soil mixed with Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum in field,the resistance of 23 cucumber varieties to Fusarium wilt was researched.The results showed that 3 varieties were highly resistant,which accounted for 13.0% of all,5 varieties were resistant,which accounted for 21.7%,9 varieties were moderately resistant,which accounted for 39.1%,6 varieties were susceptive,which accounted for 26.1% in laboratory test.The results in field showed that 2 varieties were highly resistant,which accounted for 8.7%,8 varieties were resistant,which accounted for 34.8%,10 varieties were moderately resiatant,which accounted for 43.5%,3 varieties were susceptive,which accounted for 13.0%.The results indicated that 10 varieties were highly resistant or resistant among 23 tested cucumber varieties,which were suitable to be cultivated in local.
