施氮、覆膜处理对紫锥菊物候期及活性物质的影响

- 以紫锥菊为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究了施氮、覆膜处理对紫锥菊物候期、生物产量及活性成分的影响,以期为紫锥菊资源的有效开发提供基础数据。结果表明:最先进入蕾期是覆膜处理,其次是对照,施肥处理最晚,覆膜与施氮相比盛花期提前14 d;与对照和施氮相比,覆膜处理地上部分单株平均重差异极显著(P<0.01),对照和施氮之间差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照相比,覆膜、施氮处理地上部分菊苣酸含量分别提高84.98%和11.64%。由此可见,覆膜处理对紫锥菊生物产量和活性物质为最佳。
- Abstract:
- Through analysis of the field trial,observation of phenological phase,determination of biomass and active material of Echinacea purpurea were studied in different treatment.The results showed that the treatment of covering film mulching was the first to enter the bud stage,followed control,application nitrogen was last,full-bloom stage of covering plastic film was 14 days in advance compared with application nitrogen.Compared with the control and application nitrogen treatment,individual plant yield of the ground-part of film mulching was significantly increased(P<0.01),control and application nitrogen treatment was not significantly(P>0.05);compared with the control,cichoric acid content of the ground-part by film mulching and application nitrogen were increased 84.98% and 11.64% respectively.It was considered that the film mulching treatment was optimal for biomass and active material of Echinacea purpurea
