- 以3年生盆栽“五月鲜”桃树为试材,对其进行不同程度的水分处理(处理Ⅰ:水涝状态;处理Ⅱ:灌水100 mL/d;处理Ⅲ:灌水250 mL/d;CK:灌水500 mL/d);测定不同灌水量对盆栽桃幼树叶片主要生理指标的影响。结果表明:3种处理中叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量逐渐下降,可溶性蛋白质表现为先上升后下降,而叶片相对导电率升高,脯氨酸总趋势上升,但前期上升快,后期上升慢,叶片过氧化氢(H2O2)含量前期上升慢,后期上升快。
- Abstract:
- Taking 3 years old potted‘May fresh’peach as tested materials,treated them with different degrees of water (treatment I:waterlogging state;treatment II:watering 100 mL/d;treatment III:250 mL/d;CK:watering 500 mL/d).Determination of different irrigation effected on the major physiological indexes of potted peach leaf of young tree.The results showed that the leaf relative water content,chlorophyⅡ content decreased slowly,soluble protein content increased firstly and then decreased,and leaf relative conductivity increased,proline generally increased,but increased fast at early stage,later slowly rose,leaf hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content in the early stage rose slowly and later fast.
