黄瓜灰霉病菌拮抗菌BBC-3的筛选、鉴定及抑菌特性

- 以黄瓜根际土壤为分离对象,采用稀释平板法分离到1株对黄瓜灰霉病抑菌作用明显的拮抗菌BBC-3,利用对峙培养法和平板扩散法对其抑菌特性进行鉴定。结果表明:经过形态特征、生理生化及16S rDNA 序列分析,BBC-3鉴定为短短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis);该菌具有广谱抗菌活性,对所选14种植物病原菌均有较强抑制作用。该菌产生的抗菌物质对高温、酸碱及光照稳定性强,对蛋白不敏感,常温和4℃储存6个月抑菌活性大于80%。
- Abstract:
- aking cucumber rhizosphere soil as isolation objects,using dilution-plate method,BBC-3 was screened which had strong and stable antagonistic activity against Botrytis cinerea.The antifungal activity was identified by using confrontation culture and agar diffusion methods.The results showed that it was identified as Brevibacillus brevis based on the results of morphologic characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence and was named for BBC-3.It had better activity to 14 kinds of plant pathogens.Antifungal substance from BBC-3 had high stability against heat,acid,alkali and irradiation of glare,and it was unsensible to proteinase.The antibacterial activity was more than 80% at 4℃ for 6 months.
