- 以白菜为试材,利用4种种衣剂进行拌种处理,调查白菜出苗及在穴盘和田间的生育指标,并分析其对根际土壤微生态的影响。结果表明:供试种衣剂显著影响白菜种子出苗,其中丁硫克百威、福克和克醇福美双显著降低种子出苗势和出苗率,其出苗势分别为61.2%、65.3%和63.5%,比对照降低28.2%、23.4%和25.5%,其出苗率分别为64.1%、75.3%和72.4%,比对照降低26.4%、13.5%和16.9%;供试种衣剂均显著影响白菜苗期生长,其中,福克和克醇福美双的影响最显著,地上部鲜重分别为1.32 g/株和1.36 g/株,比对照降低64.0%和62.9%,根鲜重分别为0.11 g/株和0.09 g/株,比对照降低57.7%和65.4%,供试4种种衣剂均显著降低白菜苗期根系活力,比对照降低14.8%~29.6%,而移栽后在田间的生长没有显著影响;供试种衣剂均显著影响苗期白菜根际土壤酶活性,其中,丁硫克百威对白菜苗期根际土壤脲酶、磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响最为显著,分别为47.04、62.40、1.90 mg·mL·g-1,比对照降低46.3%、17.7%和37.9%。而移栽后在田间生育期种衣剂对白菜根际土壤酶活性没有显著影响;供试种衣剂显著影响白菜苗期根际土壤微生物种群数量,减少根际土壤细菌和放线菌的数量,而增加真菌的数量。
- Abstract:
- Seed of Chinese cabbage were dressed with four different seed coating agents.After planting,the emergence rate of seedlings and growth index from both pot and field experiment were recorded and calculated,then the effect analysis of different seed coating agents on plant rhizosphere soil micro-ecology environment was carried out.The results showed that the emergence of seedling was affected significantly when seeds were treated by different seed coating agents,among which,seedling emergence power and seedling emergence rate of Carbosulfan,Thiram-Carbosulfan and Carbosulfan-Triadimenol-Thiram treatments were decreased significantly.Seedling emergence power of Carbosulfan (61.2%),Thiram-Carbosulfan (65.3%) and Carbosulfan-Triadimenol-Thiram (63.5%) reduced by 28.2%,23.4% and 25.5% compared with the control respectively,meanwhile,seedling emergence rate of 64.1%,75.3% and 72.4% of treatments mentioned above reduced by 26.4%,13.5% and 16.9%,respectively.The investigation reasults based on growth index of cabbage seedling suggested that all seed coating agents affected the seedling growth of plant.The greatest measures of effect were Thiram-Carbosulfan and Carbosulfan-Triadimenol-Thiram,and fresh weight of above-ground part was average of 1.32 g and 1.36 g for each individual plant,and reduced by 64.0% and 62.9% compared with the control respectively.Fresh weight of underground part was 0.11 g and 0.09 g per plant,reduced by 57.7% and 65.4%,respectively.Root activity of cabbage seedling was also affected by each of seed coating agent with a reduction by 14.8%-29.6%,whereas growth of plant in field appeared to be no influence after transplanting.Rhizosphere soil enzymatic activity of cabbage in seedling stage reduced significantly,in Carbosulfan treatment,activity of the urease,phosphatase and sucrase from soil around root of cabbage seedling displayed the significant reduction(47.04,62.40,1.90 mg·mL·g-1,respectively),showing the greatest reduction by 46.3%,17.7% and 37.9%.However,significant effect on rhizosphere soil enzymatics activity was not found in the field treatment after transplanting.In addition,population quanity of rhizophere soil microorganism seemed to be changed after seed dressing treatment,for instance,the numbers of soil bacteria and actinomyces were decreased and fungi showed a contrary tendency.
