- 为了提高梨授粉过程中花粉采集的效率及贮藏效果,以“砀山酥梨”为试材,研究了蜜蜂采集和人工采集的梨花粉在-18、4℃和室温见光、室温避光的条件下贮藏不同时间的花粉活性。结果表明:-18℃较其它温度更利于花粉保存;人工采集的花粉活性高于蜜蜂采集的花粉,蜜蜂采集的花粉-18℃保存15~20 d可以保持较高活性,从而完成授粉。
- Abstract:
- Aimed to improve the procedure of pollen gathering and storing,viabilities of bee-collected and human-collected ‘Dangshansuli’ pear pollens were evaluated after stored in different temperatures and conditions of -18℃,4℃,brightness and darkness in room temperature.The results showed that temperature of -18℃ was more suitable than the others for the store of viable pear pollens,human-collected pollens had a higher viability than the bee-collected ones and bee-collected pollens stored in -18℃ for 15-20 days keep enough viable for pear pollination.
