人参锈腐病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性研究

- 以人参锈腐病病株根部分离的菌株R2为试材,采用传统的形态学观察与现代分子生物学技术相结合的方法进行了病原菌鉴定,并研究其生物学特性。结果表明:该病原菌为粪壳菌纲(Sordariomycetes),肉座菌目(Hypocreales),叶赤壳科(Nectriaceae),柱孢属(Cylindrocarpon),毁灭柱孢菌(Cylindrocarpon destructans)。该菌在马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基(PDA)和察氏培养基(CZA)上生长较快,最适的碳、氮源为蔗糖和尿素,最适生长温度为20~25℃,最适pH值为中性偏酸环境。
- Abstract:
- Taking phytopathogenic fungus R2 as experimental material which was isolated from Tiande ginseng base in the south of Xiaoxinganling mountain,Tieli,Heilongjiang.Identification and the biological characteristics were conducted by the combination of morphological observation and modern molecular biological technique were studied.The results showed that the pathogen R2 was Cylindrocarpon destructans,colony grew well on PDA and CZA,the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were sucrose and urea,the suitable pH value for mycelia growth was pH 6-7,and the optimum temperature was 20-25℃.
