- 以棕榈蓟马2龄若虫和南方小花蝽为试材,采用浸叶法,研究6种药剂对棕榈蓟马2龄若虫的毒力及其天敌南方小花蝽对6种药剂的敏感性。结果表明:6种药剂对棕榈蓟马2龄若虫处理24 h后的LC50大小依次为:多杀菌素(1.500 3 mg/L)>阿维菌素(1.628 5 mg/L)>鱼藤酮(39.060 7 mg/L)>吡虫啉(72.798 1 mg/L)>苦皮藤素(215.200 3 mg/L)>苦参碱(3 915.556 0 mg/L)。天敌南方小花蝽对6种药剂敏感性大小依次为:阿维菌素(20.940 2 mg/L)>多杀菌素(43.863 4 mg/L)>吡虫啉(62.717 4 mg/L)>鱼藤酮(806.230 5 mg/L)>苦皮藤素(3 181.79 mg/L)>苦参碱(12 532.7 mg/L)。
- Abstract:
- Taking 2-instar larvae of Thrip palmi Karny and Orius similis Zheng as materials,using leaf dipping method,the effect of 6 pesticides on the 2-instar larvae of Thrip palmi Karny and its natural enemies Orius similis Zheng,s sensitivity were studied.The results showed that the toxicity of spinosad(1.500 3 mg/L)>avermectin(1.628 5 mg/L)>rotenone(39.060 7 mg/L)>imidacloprid(72.798 1 mg/L)>celastrus angulatus(215.200 3 mg/L)>matrine(3 915.556 0 mg/L) was displayed when the provided pesticedes were used in the 2-instar larvae of Thrip palmi Karny.It also revealed that the natural enemies sensitivity of the above pesticedes in the Orius similis Zheng was avermectin(20.940 2 mg/L)>spinosad(43.863 4 mg/L)>imidacloprid(62.717 4 mg/L)>rotenone(806.230 5 mg/L)>celastrus angulatus(3 181.79 mg/L)>matrine(12 532.7 mg/L).
