- 以宁夏羊角椒雄性不育系为试材,应用ISSR技术,对其不育系及其相应的可育系基因组DNA进行了比较分析,从50条随机引物中筛选了35条引物在两系之中都获得了ISSR-PCR扩增产物。结果表明:在不育系中获得4条稳定扩增的特异片段ISSR-10850、ISSR-13850、ISSR-14800和ISSR-15180,初步认定这可能是导致宁夏羊角椒雄性不育系花粉败育的不育基因相关的分子标记。
- Abstract:
- Taking male sterility of pepper in Ningxia as material,the comparative analysis of genomic DNA between male sterile line NYB and its maintainer were made by means of ISSR technique.35 primers were amplified bands in two lines from 50 random primers among which the specific fragment ISSR-10850,ISSR-13850,ISSR-14800 and ISSR-15180 of NYB pepper was found.The results showed that ISSR-10850、ISSR-13850、ISSR-14800 and ISSR-15180 were likely linked with male sterile gene.
