- 以“黄贵人”彩椒为试材,采用二因素随机区组设计,探究了普绿通植物免疫蛋白对早春日光温室有机栽培条件下彩椒的长势、产量、果实品质及抗病性的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比所有处理组在植株长势、产量、果实品质及抗病性方面均有提高。其中苗期施用+定植后叶面喷施+灌根(T2)、苗期不施用+定植后叶面喷施+灌根(T02)处理在单株产量、小区产量、折合667 m2产量上显著高于其它处理(P<0.05),增产率分别为64.38%、50.20%;维生素C含量分别增加了10.75、9.12 mg/100g,显著高于其它处理(P<0.05),可溶性固形物含量分别增加了3.04%、2.26%;对蓟马的防效在第7天时分别达到96.9%、90.3%,显著高于其它处理(P<0.05)。试验表明,普绿通植物免疫蛋白对提高彩椒植株长势、产量、果实品质及抗病性方面具有重要影响,有机彩椒栽培生产中推荐T2、T02施用方式。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Huang Guiren’ color pepper as test materials,the effect of ‘Pulyutong’ plant immune protein on growth,yield,fruit quality and resistance of color pepper in organic production systems were studied adopting two factor randomized block design.The results showed that all the treatments improved the plant growth,disease resistance,yield and quality of color pepper.The plant yield,plot yield and yield per acre of treatment T2(applying at seedling stage+foliage spray after planting+root-irragation) and T02(no applying at seedling stage+foliage spray after planting+root-irragation) were significantly(P<0.05) higher than other treatments increased by 64.38% and 50.20%,respectively.Vitamin C content of T2 and T02,increased by 10.75 mg/100g and 9.12 mg/100g respectively,which were also significantly(P<0.05) higher than other treatments.Meanwhile,the soluble solids content of T2 and T02 increased by 3.04% and 2.26%,respectively.What’s more,the effect of prevention for thrips of T2 and T02 were up to 96.9% and 90.30%,respectively,after 7 days later significantly(P<0.05)higher than other treatments,too.The results showed that ‘Pulyutong’ plant immune protein had important influence on the growth,yield,fruit quality and resistance of color pepper in organic production systems.T2 and T02 method were recommended in the production of organic color pepper cultivation.
