- 以盆栽的2年生北方枸杞为试材,采用土壤人工控水方式进行干旱生理试验,通过测定分析净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率以及光饱和点与土壤含水量的相关性,研究北方枸杞抗旱性。结果表明:净光合速率、蒸腾速率与水分利用效率与土壤含水量的相关系数r分别为0.843、0.842和0.801;土壤水合补偿点为4.51%;净光合速率、蒸腾速率、光饱和点最高时的土壤含水量为分别为16.69%、19.04%和17.19%,因此,当土壤含水量控制在16.5%~19.0%时最适宜北方枸杞的生长。
- Abstract:
- In this paper,2-year-old Lycium chinense Mill.var.potaninii (Pojark.) A.M.Lu was potted,in which the soil water levels were manually controlled in order to study their drought resistance by respectively observing and analysing the correlations between net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,water use efficienc,and light saturation point and and soil water content under different water levels.The results showed that the relative coefficients r between soil water content and net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and water use efficiency were 0.843,0.842 and 0.801 respectively;the soil water aggregate compensation point was 4.51%;the soil water content were respectively 16.69%,19.04% and 17.19% when net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and light saturation point were the highest,that was to say Lycium chinense Mill.var.potaninii (Pojark.) A.M.Lu would be in the best state when the soil water content was within the scope of 16.5%-19%.
