- 以吉林省种植的“大玉竹”、“圆叶玉竹”及“吉竹1号”根茎为研究对象,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,应用GC-MS法分析比较,测定挥发油组成,用峰面积归一法测定了各组分成分的相对含量。结果表明:丹皮酚为“大玉竹”挥发油区别另2种挥发油特有成分,六甲基环三硅氧烷为3个品系玉竹挥发油中共有成分,该研究为玉竹品种选育、质量评价及后续产品的开发奠定基础。
- Abstract:
- The composition of essential oil in the roots and fruits of three strains of Polygonatum odoratum including ‘Dayuzhu’,‘Yuanye Yuzhu’ and ‘Jizhu No.1’ were determined and analyzed by GC-MS using steam distillation extraction and normalization method of peak area.The results showed that paeonol was the unique ingredients in ‘Dayuzhu’ different from the others.Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane was the common ingredient in three strains.This study would provide elementary foundation for variety selection,quality evaluation and product development of Polygonatum odoratum.
