- 以34份樱桃番茄种子为试材,研究了(15±1)℃低温胁迫对萌动种子继续生长发育的影响。结果表明:在持续低温胁迫下,材料11-180和11-664发芽指数分别达到33和32,细胞膜损伤程度低(相对电导率分别为34.2%和38.1%),胚根能够持续伸长,在低温胁迫22 d后分别达到31.4 mm和27.6 mm,表现出对低温胁迫的良好适应性,是可直接用作耐低温育种的优良亲本材料;其它各材料对低温的适应性较差,不宜作耐低温育种的亲本材料。
- Abstract:
- Taking 34 copies of cherry tomato seeds as materials,the effect of (15±1)℃ low temperature stress on germinating seeds continued growth and development were studied.The results showed that,in the continuous low temperature stress,germination index of materials 11-180 and 11-664 were 33 and 32 respectively,the damage degree of cell membrane was low(relative conductivity were 34.2% and 38.1%),radicle elongation could be sustained,respectively,after 22 days at low temperature stress,radicle elongation were 31.4 mm and 27.6 mm,it showed good adaptability to low temperature stress,could be used directly as excellent low temperature resistance breeding parent materials;various other materials were poor adaptability to low temperature,not suitable for breeding as parent materials.
