- 以“山东大叶”香菜为研究对象,以光合细菌为试材,研究了施用不同浓度的光合细菌对基质培香菜株高、根长、鲜重以及叶绿素和维生素C含量的影响。结果表明:施用适量的光合细菌对香菜的生长具有明显的促进作用,同时显著增加了香菜的叶绿素和维生素C的含量;基质培香菜喷施光合细菌菌液的最佳浓度为108cfu/mL。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Shandong Daye’ coriander as research object,with photosynthetic bacteria as test materials,the impact of different amount of microbial inoculum of photosynthetic bacteria into the substrates of the substrate-cultured coriander on the influence of plant height,main root length,fresh weight,and content of chlorophyll and vitamin C content were studied.The results showed that applying appropriate amount of photosynthetic bacteria could obviously improve the growth of the substrate culture coriander.In addition,the contents of chlorophyll and vitamin C in the plant were increased significantly.The optimal application concentration of photosynthetic bacteria for substrate culture coriander was 108 cfu/mL.
